Dennis began his insurance career as a captive agent before quickly realizing he could provide his clients with much greater service, a broader selection of higher quality products, and a more secure future by going independent. So, he did.

He was frustrated with the lack of complex case design assistance, minimal prospecting strategies, marginal sales skills training, subpar new business support, and being treated like a number. Consequently, he took matters into his own hands and built PMG to serve his practice as well as others across the United States.
